Q.

What happens if I order the wrong size?

A.

With every order, we include a pre-paid Priority Mail shipping label. If you ordered the wrong size, you place the shoes back in the original shipping box, place the label on the box, and either give package to your postman, or drop it off at the post office. It's that simple!

Q.

What's happens if after a few rounds, shoes don't work with my feet?

A.

With all Grip shoes, we offer a 60-day Comfort and Traction guarantee. If for some reason they're just not working for you, send them back using the pre-paid mailing label, and we'll give you a 100% refund.

3.

Q.

How long will the outsole last?

A.

Everyone who wears Grip shoes is amazed at how durable the Turf-Lok outsole is. We've had customers play several times a week for over 2 years, and the soles show minimal wear. If they ever do wear out, they can be resoled by Grip. There's an order form in every box. We also offer a 1 year guarantee on the outsole.

4.

Q.

Does the Turf-Lok sole work well in wet grass?

A.

They do work exceptionally well in wet grass. We have had a few customers with a big swing and a lot of lower body movement who have said they have slipped a little on some occasions, but have also had customers say they have never slipped.

5.

Q.

Are the soles easy to clean?

A.

The outsole is almost self cleaning. Due the wide separation of the ridge cleat design, the sole stays very clean. If wet grass ever accumulates, your finger can wipe out the grass very easily.

6.

Q.

How are they on the putting green?

A.

The Truf-Lok outsole is one of the most green friendly designs on the market. On soft greens, immediately after stepping, you might see an outline of the Turf-Lok ridges, but you won't see any gashes, and the impression left by the sole leaves almost immediately.

Q.

How do Grip shoes fit compared to other golf shoes?

A.

Grip shoes currently only come in a medium width. Our medium is slightly roomier than most mediums, and the toe area is more rounded. Most golf shoes have a sort of pointed toe box to look like a dress shoe. Grip shoes are shaped more like an athletic shoe for a more comfortable fit

8.

Q.

Do you make a wide width?

A.

If you have a wide foot, we have a way to make the grip shoes a little wider, by changing the innersole which will increase the amount of room in the forefoot. When ordering, let us know your foot size.
